Tenants USUALLY don't get along, long-term!!!!  

It's just this week's "Get rich quick" scheme.

Blankets and quilts people might dry but not wash in your machine (take them somewhere and think they are dry and have to throw them in again when they get home). 

If you're hesitant to take on a long-term loan do the 15 yr. loan in your name because you'll get a best rate.  

If a PM handled similar situations, they would be using their HVAC go to technician, they would take a certain % of the total and add ontop of it for themself, parts would probably get marked up, it would be like 3x. 

And how much monthly rent to you get?
