Purchase price: $90,000
Cash invested: $60,000

Buy and hold that I still have to this date. Property was a 3 bed 1 bath. Converted it into a 3bed 2 bath. Gutted the kitchen and dining/living room area. put in all new cabinets, countertops, appliances. All new flooring, painting, throughout the house. This is now used as a airbnb/mid-term rental.
