Most reasons have already been stated above such as: job loss, medical health issues leading to job loss, divorced spouse/domestic violence issues, allowing their adult children, boyfriends/girlfriends/former spouse  move in that are not on the lease and whose financial and rental history would fail to meet rental criteria set by you. 

In addition I am in a syndication that has several commercial, and medical dental properties.

World class medical facilities, 2016 Republician National Convention, Award winning chefs and eateries, a great basketball player returning home to win a championship and a Midwest City center redeveloping its lakefront and downtown to mixed use, apartments and retail are all putting Cleveland back on the map. 

Not to mention family time, honey do's, a multitude of medical appointments, and just general relaxing.I find it essential to keep a good time management schedule.  

Besides the medical end of the situation, which I took care of immediately with antibiotics, have any of you experienced this situation?

I wouldn't be concerned with student loan debt, I disregard medical and student loan debt.  

You may or may not know; but, this year, UNLV accepted its first class to its brand new Medical School - which is off the main campus, and a very long walk north and west  to West Charleston Blvd and Shadow Lane.  

Rochester is using the DMC (Destination Medical Center) moniker.
