I actually did some digging and found in the code where it says: must be parked on a hard and durable surface, such as asphalt,brick or concrete or any surface permitted pursuant to § 156.052(C).They regularly have 2-4 cars in the grass, so I'm going to go have a little chat with them and see if they will move them voluntarily or if it will require threats of fines from code enforcement.Thanks for the feedback guys!
