Does anyone else see this movement as a threat to residential REI?

But beyond the defensiveness and faulty logic-- it's the THREATS that I find bothersome.

There are plenty of properties out there to buy and I am not much of a threat, it's good to know some people are willing to mentor or take someone under their wing. 

If you see something I post elsewhere that you disagree with I suggest addressing it in that threat/post, not attacking it elsewhere.

Family members would have corner me and utter threats before I would include them in my investments.

A threat might yield a bulldozer on the property the next day by the former owner in retaliation.

The threat comes when the age of units (7 years) passes the window for the construction defects clause or they change the law.

As we get closer to them leaving they are getting more hostile and keep threating legal action unless they get 100% of security deposit refunded. 

Dont want to be the heavy one here and dont enjoy the possible reputation threats and accusations that are starting to occur.  

I actually did some digging and found in the code where it says: must be parked on a hard and durable surface, such as asphalt,brick or concrete or any surface permitted pursuant to § 156.052(C).They regularly have 2-4 cars in the grass, so I'm going to go have a little chat with them and see if they will move them voluntarily or if it will require threats of fines from code enforcement.Thanks for the feedback guys!
