The last time I drove in a club race was in '83.I drove a couple of times a year for the next three years after that, in what was then called "Texas Race of Champions" or TROC.

I teach tennis on the side as a "cushion" of sorts.

Sometimes I browse Racine Co foreclosures but since I'm not a local and it's a tepid market, it's hard to tell the champions from the nags.I am not so sure about your self-help eviction strategy.

You seem like a champion and it's awesome to how you're hustling for the future you want.

I am an avid tennis player and consequently  the two Vacation Rentals I have/will  purchase are part  of a tennis community along with the other amenities offered in the area.  

While my deal was involved and I did have some basic surveying knowledge anyone with a basic knowledge of describing lots could have had a surveyor do much of the brain damage for them.From the deal, I netted out an over 2,000+ sq ft "A" frame on a small local river that included a large barn, a few acres, pond, coral area and a regulation tennis court with 8' chain link enclosure, FREE to me when it was all said and done.

Outside of work I enjoy golf, tennis, and just being social.

"Just Do It" is a good slogan for selling tennis shoes, but it is not good advice for starting a business.

They are brand new never used homes.They are fully furnished, pots,pans etcI realtor told me about them but he is representing a group who bought a ton of them so he wont tell me what oil company they came from.So I am trying to find out how i can get ahold of a few of my own homes.Does anyone know what company to contact.I have done a couple of google searches on it but didnt find anything.I recently bought a park and could use some homes to fill it up.ThanksTravis Since it is very likely that either Champion or Fairmount supplied some or most of the homes, I would call the Area Manager at the plants nearest to the field and see what they can supply in the way of contact information.
