They opened up a new Key Food Supermarket down the street from a flip we are working on in Newark.

We do something similar to Rex, we have an account at a local bank with branches within area Supermarkets, which have extended hours. 

It is very close to transportation and 8 minutes in the opposite direction there is a supermarket and will be a new shopping center in 2 years.
