Hi, I am looking to buy my first out of state property at Mayfair, Philadelphia, PA.  I need referrals for agent, contractors, and PM.  I am doing my research for this area, I am going to do a driving trip to get a feel of this area next weekend,  if anyone knows this area, please give me some feedback on the area as well. thank you.
