Rent Collection Question
I would like to be able to offer my low income tenants a option from having to mail their rent to us. Is anyone using a service that tenants can go online etc to pay rent and it goes into my account?

I have pre-printed deposit slips that I give to my tenants. They take these with their rent to the bank (in my situation a credit union), and pay. It goes into my account in which I can check on-line. I shopped for which institution I would use years ago and found my credit union that doesn't charge me any fees, logs in a comment in which building and unit paid, mail me the receipts, and it works quite well. I made sure that the institution has nearby branches that my tenants can easily get to.
Hope this helps
