I've noticed a few homes in around the Stadium went up for sale (for a lot too), why do you think that is?

I am considering renting out my primary residence (3bd/2ba)  for the Superbowl - we are about 20 minutes from the stadium, and about 25 minutes from other events happening around the same time in Phoenix, AZ such as the Waste Management Open and Barrett Jackson.

There are plenty of good cities in Florida, but using Tampa as an example - North and South Tampa are pretty nice, but the closer you get to Ybor or even in some parts around USF and the Stadium, the worse things get.

Area near UNLV should see some improvements if they build a stadium? 

Im talking about the area from the building of the New Stadium on Northside drive to the west end and the lakewood area near Turner Field

A lot of construction is out there as well with the new stadiums and freeway improvements.

You could always invest near camping world stadium or Eatonville and receive a great cash flow.
