I am a new investor in the Atlanta area looking to invest in the Beltline area. Has anyone have any experience investing in this area. And if so is there anything I should consider when doing so.

There are other threads, discussing the Beltline. Some of us love it and are investing near and others warn about falling for the Beltline b.s ;-)
