Renting out Primary Home for Superbowl - Phoenix, AZ
I am considering renting out my primary residence (3bd/2ba) for the Superbowl - we are about 20 minutes from the stadium, and about 25 minutes from other events happening around the same time in Phoenix, AZ such as the Waste Management Open and Barrett Jackson. My family would move in with my in laws for about a month if we wanted to try this out. My question is - are people that are doing this packing up their entire houses and leaving only the bare items appropriate for an Airbnb? I would build into analysis the cost of having someone else pack the house up, if so. Additionally - what other logistical items are people addressing outside of insurance, registering property, etc. Would love to hear what people are doing!
