I guess my question is, should I narrow my focus to one REI strategy or keep it broad and analyze each opportunity individually?

Hi everyone,I graduated college a few months ago in Boston and tried to start my own business but it didn't workout and so I focused on Real Estate instead and passed my NV License.

Are you focusing on raw land, infill lots, or something more niche like agricultural or recreational plots?

Find a proven strategy and focus on that.

I also own a tax and accounting firm as part of my business investment goals, and this has been my main focus during the current tax season. 

Our focus is on mid market 50-100 unit's but happy to help.

I am primarily focused on appreciation, but would like some cashflow to keep the investment profitable year-to-year.

Our current focus is workforce and affordable housing investing.

I am absolutely focused on networking at this stage as I devour books, and glad I found bigger pockets. 

I also have no interest in being in the car wash business, or the laundry business, or the AirBnB business, things like that which seem to appeal to a good number of people, but not me.I like to KISS, and just focus on market rate rentals, 12 to 18 month leases.
