Starting a dialogue

Marcus Retter
Posted

Hello!
I am an aspiring investor educating myself in the rental game. I live in Albuquerque and would just like to reach out to local real estate investors simply to start a dialogue.
At this point I am reading books, saving money, and looking to make relationships in the investment community.

    @Marcus Retter welcome to BP.
    It's a great community.

    I've been investing in Albuquerque for 10 years, and you can find some good deals there.
    Personally, I live in Santa Fe.
    There are several active Meetups that you can join to get around to other investors.

    Networking is really important.

    Get out there and make connections with other investors; that is how I got started.
    Now, we own 65 apartment units and 80,000 SF of commercial warehousing.

    Let me know if you have specific questions.

    Jens
