No you still have variations across neighborhoods that are tough to account for, in my version I ended up blocking out certain neighborhoods by lat and long because they were 55+ or just had poor returns and you get so many conditional if else statements it made the code really messy, not to mention that would be illegal in a commercial setting (redlining).

Condos and townhouses are automatically ng, public water, public sewer, and central air.

@Matthew Ng My boyfriend and I briefly looked at a mobile home and were told you need to check on how much is the lot rent if it is in a mobile home park, and to check if you are allowed to sub-let.
