Any contractor recommendations or lender suggestions for short-term financing?

I don't have credit history in the US so I'm not able to qualify for traditional financing through a bank and being approved where I'm from is surprisingly just as challenging.

Assuming you do that here you are financing that pre-paid interest over the 30 year period.

So if you can handle the financing for all this until the builder starts buying lots and building , You should do well 

I jumped into Creative Finance because did not have funds to invest but wanted to make things happen regardless. 

I've always been interested in finance but housing had always been a rather boring investment.

Maybe if they would even finance you. 

@Sidney Johnson just make sure that your finances and relationship are in a good place to attack this from a position of strength.
