Lending for Foreign Investor
Hello,
I'm from Canada and looking to get into the US real estate market. However, I'm having trouble finding lending. Are there any lenders or resources out there that can provide DSCR loans or other types of loans that are less than 100K and don't require prior ownership history? I don't have credit history in the US so I'm not able to qualify for traditional financing through a bank and being approved where I'm from is surprisingly just as challenging. I'm strictly looking for properties in the 100K range or less and can put down up to 30%, however I can't find anyone to lend me less than 100K. Any information, guidance, or resources would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Simon
