Ready to learn commercial and multi-family to lock up deals
Hi All!
After quitting the RE space in 2008 as a burned out landlord with upside down properties, I rejoined the space as a curious vacant land newbie investor in early 2023. I spent time and money to finally lock in one deal, which didn't sell until 2024. I jumped into Creative Finance because did not have funds to invest but wanted to make things happen regardless. Had a somewhat disappointing experience with a guru* and now I want to focus on learning commercial and multi-family without wasting money on coaches/gurus. So here I am, ready to get my first deal of that type for 2025! Not green but not an expert by any means...
