Do not know much about them, but the Fund of Funds model will be an interesting case study during the next 3-5 years especially as deals go bad and investors look to these sponsors and the level of due diligence they did will be very interesting to see how they handle the lawsuits, as its not an if but a when, regarding a lawsuit.

Your screening is limited to ONLY what RentRedi thinks should be part of the screening process, and rent payments...well, you will be reported to the IRS for the fees RentRedi charges..and RentRedi will not give you their W9 to write those off as an expense.
