I’m exploring ways to automate my deal analysis process and was wondering:

1. Is there a way to programmatically pull MLS data? I've been manually scouring Zillow/MLS for deals, but it's time-consuming, and I'd love to streamline this.

2. Has anyone experimented with using machine learning models (like classifiers or regression models) to rate properties based on their condition from MLS listing photos?

Here’s why I’m asking: I have an Excel model that analyzes deals for a specific region. One of the key inputs is a score reflecting a property’s condition (based on listing photos). I currently assign these scores manually, but it’s tedious and limits how quickly I can evaluate opportunities.

Ideally, I’d like to:

• Automate the collection of MLS/Zillow data.

• Integrate a system to rate property conditions using AI/ML models.

• Set up notifications when a listing matches my criteria.

Has anyone built or tried something similar? Any tools, APIs, or approaches you’d recommend? Or am I doomed to manually comb Zillow forever? 😝
