I was initially hesitant to post this question, as I had a sneaking suspicion that I was indulging my sense of righteous indignation more than anything else, which I now see is probably true, especially after I wrote "...we have the potential to buy more houses from them..."  

If you like the city life you can choose to indulge, other wise you will never no it exists.

I new but I will find this out before I indulge.

If you'll indulge me another question - Would we need a business entity to clarify that or could we do it as sole proprietors?

Hello again all,This is my second post and I thought maybe all of you out there might be willing to indulge me in a bit of fantasy.

(I'm sure you guys will give me some ideas on what to look into, as well creative ways around this, and I can't wait to hear them)I am located in the Southern California market which is expensive but doable, I will have to look around for deals and things that make sense like properties out in the dessert etc.I am looking for some advice, and pointers on where to find some resources and where to start.
