It makes sense for your new build but you'll have leverage something (fixed rate) to get out of that loan. 

It builds wealth and most importantly cuts your expenses and gives you a front row seat at being a landlord.Was the best thing my wife and I ever did.

For scaling your portfolio, consider house hacking another multi-family property to minimize living expenses while building equity.

We also have some buildings that are single family conversions not built with seperate utilities.
