Chicago Investor Looking to Flip & Develop in Kansas City – Let's Connect!
Hi Everyone,
I'm Mahin ( or Mahi, like mahi mahi!), and I’m from the Chicago land area. I’m currently looking to invest in Kansas City, starting with a few fix-and-flips and eventually getting into residential development.
I’d love to connect with local investors, agents, lenders, and contractors in the Kansas City area. If you're active in the market or have any advice, I’d be grateful to learn from your experience!
Looking forward to connecting with all of you!
Best,
Mahi

Thank you Jaycee for catching that! I am referring to Kansas City MO or Chiefs Kingdom. Would love to connect!

Hey @Mahin C., welcome to the BP Forum! I have several CFO clients in KC and I'm based across the state in the St. Louis area. Your location references Kansas City, Kansas, but your post seems to reference the KC metro area. Since there are technically 2 cities called Kansas City and they are located in different states (with different laws and building codes), it's very important to distinguish between the two, local referred to as KCMO and KCK.
So, a long way to ask, are you interested in real estate in KCMO or KCK to start?
