HI All – I’m Lou and I’m very excited to be joining the BP community!

My goal on this platform is to expand my network and develop relationships with brokers, owners/operators, investors, and others who are looking to learn more about multifamily real estate!

For over a decade, I’ve focused on multifamily acquisitions and asset management with firms ranging from small boutique offices to large syndicators. Throughout my career, I have transacted on over $2.3 Billion of multifamily assets nationwide and managed portfolios exceeding $3 Billion of AUM. Through my experience, I’ve cultivated a conservative approach that balances opportunity with risk management that I apply to every deal that crosses my desk.

Over the years, with personal investment alongside investments from family and friends, I’ve been able to build a small portfolio of apartment buildings with a focus on cash flow through strong operations. My goal is to grow this business by expanding my investor network and seeking properties that will allow for additional scalability. I’m targeting assets between 25-100 units located in high-growth markets that exhibit strong fundamentals.
