NOT that I am deterring you from coming down to the Sunshine State, Greenfield is just so close to quite a few smaller cities that have to have some potential, all within a one hour or so drive.

Josh maybe some of them are sour prunes in Florida because of all of the sunshine that they have taken in, but up in the Carolinas they are more than willing to lend a helping hand.

It holds so much promise but limit sunshine.

We come from a very rainy place so we're looking for sunshine and warm weather (even year-round warm weather!).

Water damage is beyond normal wear and tear on an oven and someone has to pay to replace it and fact of the matter is our client had a fully functioning oven before the tenants moved in.I love real estate but I hope everyone is well aware that not everything is going to be sunshine and rainbows.

The Heights are areas we've considered, but I think Euclid is too far north since we'll be based out of Hudson-Aurora area.We are really excited for the move, San Diego is getting way too expensive, sunshine tax I guess!
