Licensed Rehabber in Chicago

A passionate, committed and experienced rehab contractor with 38 years experience in construction and 20+ years working with investors.  After spending several years working and watching investors spend so much money on projects that contractors consistently found extras on I decided I would figure out a way to cut cost and limit the amount of extras. Realizing that unforeseen items could not be avoided however the cost could be controlled.

I started a firm that is not just a rehab company I am also an investor so I understand how important it is to control cost. With access to more than 100 properties and in an entrepreneurship training program I was directed to do research and every time I was guided to BiggerPockets and was impressed with all the information and how free and engaging everyone was so I decided to join and am looking at the Pro status  I love what I do and have loved it since training with the union as one of the first women to be accepted into the Chicago Chapter of the Painters and Decorators Union.  My goal is to create sustainable wealth through partnering and working with experienced investors and hiring experienced technicians that believe in my vision of community development.  I hope to find a mentor that can help move me into that direction while utilizing the experience and benefits of the partnerships I have built in Chicago and other States.

MY motto is to "Build Dreams Fostering Hope" for I realize that each dream that is accomplished is based in the hope that preceded it!!  Excited about the hope of new prospects and information!  Sometimes Entrepreneurship can be a lonely road and I believe that this loneliness is based in how we are wired!!  So lets recharge together!
