Hi guys im new here ..I am an investor from Israel who is interested in making his first real estate investment in the US, the maximum investment amount is $ 50,000 TARGET : Increase capital gain by at least 20% ( 10,000 $) , no cash flow in short term of maximum 4 months I am not interested in finding tenants or renovating the property, I want to take advantage of the situation where sellers currently want to sell and immediately and without waiting for buyers  mortgage approvals, buyers also have difficulty getting a mortgage today because banks asking higher equity from 20% and etc 1.
