Hi All,

I'm Devin Elfers I and a New Investor in the greater Cincinnati/Dayton Area. I am in the works of finding my first deal. I have 0 background in construction or REI, but I have been listening to PODCASTs, reading books, and watching YouTube videos for a while now. I currently work in an Aviation Machine shop and I'm looking to use REI as a vehicle to leave the industry as a whole and maybe eventually move from the W2 Employee to Self Employed in the cash flow quadrant.

If any of you are local to me, I am highly interested in meeting new people. If you are comfortable with it being COVID and all lets have some coffee or wings!
