ALL I see CONSTANTLY here on the forums.. are mere opinions thrown around dressed as "fact".... and most of them are factually and utterly wrong.Want to prove a point?

We live in a small town where I ran a market for several years and he was always in and out of the store ranting on about something for hours, sometimes wearing a dress, sometimes dressed as a rainbow or a native Indian (you just never knew). 

So the amount of years you do anything means very little.You are taking an opinion, and dressing it up as fact.You can be in business for 300 years, but if you have never been exposed to a car, you will swear by running is the best form of transportation.So yes, you are not wrong.

Some providers will dress up a home in a horrible area thinking they can sell it to out of state investors.
