I am new to real estate investing and new to BiggerPockets and have to say how thankful I am to have found this community.I'm an active duty Naval Aviator. 

And lastly like so many of you my goals mostly entail financial freedom, early retirement, and the ability to fund my expensive aviation hobby as a private pilot with a few planes.
