You have to heat the apartment up to a certain temp to kill all of them. 

The key to the project was to cut 26" x 48" pieces of 7/16 pan to use as temp flooring as unmoved around the attic.

It is fairly well known around here that Tempe AZ only allows 3 unrelated parties in a SFR.

As far as digitals / programmables, when visiting the properties, most times the clock is flashing 12 on the thermostat or low battery indicator, even when not, they are almost NEVER programmed, just set to one temp 24/7 .  

We are looking to open an office in Tempe or Central / South Scottsdale. 

I have my yellow letters and post cards set, just looking for a follow up offer letter temp.

I think at least early in the week that is likely again, though temps may cool enough late next week that the pattern finally changes.

So now I'm thinking about how to get an above the stove vent to fire up via a captive air temp/thermal switching unit activated upon stove top ignition.

What happens if the tenant were to ruin your place, or refuse to leave (I'm sure this doesn't happen with corporate temp housing often but definitely a possibility)?

We get snow once every few years and the temp rarely dips below freezing in the winter.
