First Timer Saying Hello from North Lake Tahoe

Just wanted to introduce myself, say hello, and say that I look forward to connecting with the Bigger Pockets community. My husband and I are new to real estate investing and are in the process figuring out how to put together our first deal. We know it's the best way to meet our long-term life & family goals. 

We live in Tahoe Vista, CA, but will most likely invest in Reno, NV. We're hoping to meet up with some other investors in the Lake Tahoe/Reno area and are excited to learn from and network with all of you. I love the positivity you all bring to the discussions. Thanks, everyone!
