What is your top pick for a thermostat with the lowest maintenance and  most tenant friendly?

This is for a rental property. Thanks!

Who is paying for heat?   IF they are 5 day programmable from big box store.

 If I am paying landlord stat by Chicago thermostat. It has an upper limit and resets to 68 after 2 hours.
