renting to ASU students

I have a 5 bedroom house in west Mesa near Alma School & University.  Tenant is moving out today. I was considering renting to students, but I'm guessing this isn't the best time of year since it's in the middle of the semester.

For those of you that rent to ASU students:

Is there any demand during this time of year?

What are the best places / methods to advertise to ASU students?

    Hey Nate,

From an ASU student's perspective, while the initial renting happens in August, graduation in December leads to a new crop of students with potential jobs who are looking for a post-college residence. I know a lot of jobs in Chandler and Phoenix/West Tempe for Engineers like me, so you may want to look to capitalize on those looking for something a little more professional than a college rental, at least this time of year. I also have seen posting real paper ads some places on campus can be useful. I go to the polytechnic campus and know of some students who have classes both in Tempe and Gilbert who may enjoy your location as a medium ground. May trying advertising to that group as well.

    Best,
