I have very limited knowledge of real estate so I will be soaking up info from members here like a sponge.

It is rental ready inside, but the back outside needs to be re-seeded and cleaned up.

We're soaking up as much info on BP as we can and working our way through the recommended REI books.

Gonna start making my way thru blog posts and try and soak up this great info.

I have already learnt a lot by lurking in the BP forums and I look forward to soaking up some more info (time to try out the podcasts methinks!)

So I found this site through the Bigger Pockets Podcast, been listening to as many as I can, trying to soak up info like a sponge.

Really bad cat or dog urine can be really hard to get rid of as it will soak into the concrete below the carpet and you'll have to tear the carpet up and treat/seal the concrete.I haven't had too many problems with carpet as I would rather spend the money to tile an entire house once than deal with cleaning and replacing carpet constantly.

I am soaking in and learning as much as I can.I am totally stoked to be apart of this business and looking forward to any information that comes my way.
