If possible I’m trying to house hack my first house with my wife, who by the way has been a full time entrepreneur with her startup business since winter of 2018 so her income tax has been very low initially.

I am an entrepreneur by heart and I was the owner/operator of civil construction company specializing in water and sewer pipelines for cities, towns and municipalities around the state of South Carolina.

Basic story is this: The owner is investor/entrepreneur that has been in over head and has had issues paying taxes since purchase 2015.

In the past, our government officials were land owners, entrepreneurs, job creators, or otherwise successful in private practice.

This is also how I plan on becoming an entrepreneur, God willing..
