✅Great message from Zig Ziglar.

The most important thing to do is take action and start!

Do not wait until everything is perfect 👌

Whether you are trying to start a business, write a book, or create a new product, do not wait until the ‘perfect time’ or maybe a week you get off work. Just start!

📌What prompted you to take action and get started in multifamily real estate investing?👇

@Justin Goodin Exactly! Real Estate investing is the shortcut to FIRE. Or at least the FI part if you don't want to retire early. I started with MF from the beginning. Just 4 plexes first, but am now working on the larger ones with syndication deals. SFR are good to have to be able to sell them easily but for long term cash flow, MF is the place to be.
