We are working on a flip in Greensburg (Westmoreland county) and I am trying to find a good local granite company.  

I am currently employed as a Residential and Commercial Painter.

I must note why I much prefer the Superpaint to the HGTV home - because when I removed my painter's tape off the wall while I was doing baseboard work (I bought the kind that has little stick so it wouldn't remove paint) the HGTV paint (Quail Ridge) did come off with the tape in some areas and none of the Merino had that problem. 

Make sure your painter doesn't quote a higher one and buy the cheaper stuff or water it down.

I had a roofer, painter, general handyman and house cleaner on speed dial if I needed one. 

I am planning on subcontracting all of the systems work and even the drywall, but it does not make since to hire a painter for thousands to paint walls when I can do this myself.

At that age, it was more cleaning or honing my skills as a painter lol but throughout growing up and then working on my house I gained a lot of knowledge in the "rehab" aspect.
