To be a great investor you must know your ABC of investments. If you dont know them, its always best to get advise from a professional who is working with investment that you will be investing in.

If you think/know you are an investor, what are the skills that you have, and think make you the best out of the rest?

Mike I like your point but at the same time I dont. I know the money is a great thing to look at wehn it comes to you as the landlord. For, you goals are to bring more income = netter NOI on the property. However, what if you cant take good care of your renters, for how long do you think they will stay in you place. Think about that and let me know.
