A New Face In An Exciting Industry!

Hello! My name is Tyler Grant! I'm a young, determined entrepreneur who's just getting their start in the REI market. I am currently enrolled with Allied Schools working towards my Real Estate Salesperson License. I have read a number of Robert Kiyosaki books in the past months and have decided that I am going to become a successful REI. I have had the opportunity to attend the Fortune Builders 3 day summit event recently and this has only reinforced my intentions to be a REI. I am currently employed as a Residential and Commercial Painter. However, I am attempting to find a realtor who is willing to take me on as their assistant in training. I hope that this will allow me to get my feet wet while also bringing in my necessary income.

Being that I'm still young, in my current position, I'm attempting to acquire credit cards as substitute until I can find appropriate private money lenders. I'm also involved with another individual who may partner with myself to make this whole process more viable. My goal for this year, with only 8 months remaining, is to acquire my Real Estate Salesperson License and wholesale at least two properties. My goal for 2016 is to acquire my first residual income property so as to gain cash flow that I may reinvest in properties. 

In the long run, I intend to establish my own S-Corp REI company. My plan to is to build up my company while along the way, outsourcing certain positions so as to remove myself from the company entirely. I intend on building this company so that I may enjoy a much more fulfilling lifestyle with my family. I will also help others do exactly as I have so that they may live a fruitful life as well. I believe that you must be the change you wish to see in the world and this is exactly what I am doing.

Discovering the REI market has truly changed myself as a person. I am no longer thinking of myself but of others as well. In the world we live in, this is a quality that is almost forgotten. I will embark upon my REI journey with helping others in mind. After all, we're helping others find their dream properties and we should want them to be happy, right? I will not stand by working a 9-5 job just so that I find myself not being able to retire, ever. I will persue a business that is based on helping others. In light of all the knowledge I've gained as of recent, I am more accountable and determined then ever. I am confident this newly discovered self will be able to reach this goal I've set for myself.

I look forward to meeting those who wish to join me in this journey. I look forward to being financially free so that I may truly enjoy what this world entails.
