Because of Covid, material prices are currently highly elevated and some things are unavailable for weeks...depending on your area, you could wait 5 weeks for a fridge, dishwasher, stove etc.... when normally you could get them delivered within a few days.Certain townships are easy to work with and others are not. 

Also, the game room we planned has water intrusion issues due to the low elevation. 

People hated the automobile, MP3's, electric elevators, and were afraid of flight.

Enjoying a private cabin keeps you out of those hotel elevators and common spaces.

Hopefully you have a property that doesn't require a lobby check in or elevator access and you can work with your cleaners to promote using CDC standards of cleaning to entice those that are still scared to travel even when things open up.
