For anyone thinking about Pace Morby's Subto Mentorship program, think twice before you decide to believe the negative comments out there about it or don’t think this is for real. When I joined the mentorship a couple of months ago, at first I was a disappointed and didn't really do anything with the mentorship after going through the modules. I didn't want to believe that sellers would be willing to allow me to take over their house and keep their mortgage in place and I failed to take action and put in the work. I can't blame anyone but myself for the lack of my commitment and mindset at the time. But this past month has been truly amazing, I decided to re-engage myself into Pace Subto Mentorship and have truly seen the what this mentorship offers and the ability to change someones life. In the last month I have seen how this mentorship has elevated my business and confidence to engage with sellers. This mentorship is more than just modules, it’s a platform a community that provides you the knowledge, experience, and confidence to overcome the challenges you might be facing in your real estate business. Whether you are trying to find, acquire, or wholesale real estate deals this mentorship will give you the tools to get there. It provides so much like accountability groups, as well as groups that meet up every morning to roll play and get you better on the phone, and zoom calls almost daily with Pace where he shares his knowledge and brings his advisors, attorneys, and CPAs. They will also help you close your leads even if it means him or someone on his team getting on the phone with your seller to close them. This past month, I have gained so much from this mentorship and has 10X my business with what I have already implemented so far. If your're willing to put in the work which at times may not be easy, the posibilities are endless. I just wish I hadn't waited 6 months to start and taken action when i first signed up.
