Are you able to rent this by the room for a high rate or would it better suite Air B&B given your location?

Do you know if they are getting people to sign month to month leases or doing STR via Air BnB or something like that? 

I work for a local handyman doing his bookkeeping etc. we are now working with a client that is turning their home into an air bnb. his company is making ground changes, building camping areas, making beautiful landscape, etc. the client has asked me to be the property manager as they live far.

My next step is to possible Air BnB proof it with certain locked cabinets and locked storage space that will allow me to easily prepare it for AirBnB on the weekends.

Demo can be a lot of permitting (clean air asbestos recycling utility mains capped, sewer septic ground issues.
