It's going to take awhile to pay off the $800 or so I spent on them, but the relief of never having to deal with another mobster company like JETZ is well worth it.Thanks again to everyone here for the very helpful input.  

Obviously a big relief, and proof that I was working with good people, even if their business was going through some turmoil. 

In this case, the taxing authority cannot attempt to collect until the BK is either discharged or dismissed, or a relief from stay is granted.

Hears some comedic relief.

Being able to resolve the communication problem has been a great relief.

Some of the costs give you a small amount of tax relief, but it is not fully recovered. 

That was depressing but not having to fork out about $80,00 per lawsuit for both attorneys and a small settlement was a big relief.

(We would have to seek zoning relief and go through a project review as established by the zoning code in order to build what we want, which is an estimated 22 units at an average gross area of 1,200 per dwelling unit.)
