@Mac JusticeYes, pet urine soaks into walls, flooring, and sub-flooring and until you reach the place where it exists and kill the bacteria, the smell will persist and you will have to do it again.

You could simply sow the seed by telling him you would be interested in buying the property and leave it at that.I am surprised when I do this at the number of time people will later (sometimes months) come back to me and say, "hey, are you still interested in buying...?"

At this point, I need to work deals on the side of my full time job as an attorney but I hope that someday in the next 5-10 years I am successful enough to quit my job and work more seriously on investing (or at least have that option).My immediate goals here at BP, in addition to soaking up as much content and discussion as possible, are to get a shout a shout out from Jon Holdman (that guy is everywhere right?)

I signed up after a friend mentioned this is a fantastic site to learn about real estate investing.As I stated, I am new to real estate investing, but I am ready to soak up information on how to get started, how to build a real estate investing roadmap, and generate wealth.My goals are to build a portfolio to help my family achieve independence from the typical "8-to-6" job and learn techniques that are successful and repeatable.One principle that I have learned in my early learning is that this will take time and effort.

I cleaned it with 1 cup bleach in a gallon of water solution, wiped it all up after soaking it with the solution, sprayed the spots with with bathroom bleach spray and wiped up again... and its coming back.
