Hello to all on BP just wanted to introduce myself my name is Fred Perry I am just starting out in real estate. I have been lurking on this site regularly since January this year and trying to soak in all the knowledge available. I recently decided to take action and started putting up bandit signs, and mailed out about 250 yellow letters (more to come). I got my realtor license (currently inactive license), and I have minimal experience with wholesaling/flipping. Looking forward to the many exciting new challenges that lie ahead. Lots of questions to follow very soon I am sure.
