Greensboro Deal Makers session (where wholesalers present their properties to investors etc) is on the first Tuesday of every month at the Embassy Suites off Hwy 68 near I-40 & there's the Triad REIA meeting on, I think, the 1st and 3rd Tuesday @ Logan's roadhouse on Wendover.

I've been dragging my feet to get back to the Madison REIA but tomorrow night is the general session so I think I'm going to check it out again!

@Tony Choe, I agree with an above response about wholesaling simply because as a personal trainer you have access to so many people that it can come up in every day training session conversation. 

Why not send them the lease, have them sign, scan and e-mail back ... or use an online signing service (if acceptable in your jurisdiction).If you want to go over the lease with them prior to signing, schedule a Skype or Google Hangout session.

Hamilton holds a great session in Oakville (you'd expect Hamilton, right?)

I think it is all about adding tools to your tool belt and Larry not only added to the tools in the course, but continues to do so with his monthly phone sessions.  

No idea if this works, but it is an approach.I was at a small conference a while back and one of the sessions was on subject to.
