Hello, My name is Tom Breitweiser and I am new to real estate investing. I have been tossing this around for years and finally told myself to "just do it" and stop wasting time dreaming about it. So, here I am. I found the BiggerPockets forums by going to a meeting at my local REIA. Since, I have been listening to as many of the podcasts that I can listen to in a day and soaking up all the education that I can get. BiggerPockets is quite a find and I am glad I was introduced to it.

I am interested in single and multi-family units mainly but am open to anything that will lead to profits. I am also interested in splitting deals.
