I may ride my bike instead of drive for the month.  

I’m hoping to ride that wave and really get going on investing.

The trick is to limit your debt so that you can ride out downturns, vacancies, depressed markets etc.

My wife and I have been bike riding for dollars around the neighborhoods we are targeting.

Our son and grandson used to ride BMX, and then he and his friends used to ride freestyle mx in our backyard (the backflips, etc.) one of the guys is now one of of the best freestyle riders in the country (Nick Dunne), so that was fun.

I've been fortunate enough to ride the appreciation wave over the past 2-3 years so I've stuck to value adds in more established areas that are still improving.

We will be buying low, holding and riding the market back up as prices recover, while watching our monthly cashflow increase as prices increase, as well as the value of our assets appreciate, potentially allowing us to exit for a gain in the future.Yes, things will be choppy for the foreseeable future, perhaps indefinitely but we do not invest with leverage so we can just buy and hold until it makes sense to produce and/or exit.Best,jc 

If you get financing through Freddie Mac...are you not able to get 10, 20 and even 30+ year financing so that you are not squeezed from the lender side with maturity dates, and therefore afforded time to ride out market lows and time your sale more favorably?

It conjures of memories or riding a see saw when I was a kid .
