I recommend you come to the mastermind meeting @Joe Fairless organizes.

I do not own with them, but they have been in my Mastermind group and they appear to have their act together and quality customer service.

Brad Larsen's Property Management Mastermind podcast has been a personal favorite of mine over the years.If you're interested in a mentorship-style relationship, companies like Property Management Advisory could be worth exploring.

I just hear a lot of times on the podcast that someone had a coach or was part of a mastermind. 

From my understanding I think your past a "hang out" group for hosts but could use more of a mastermind approach.

This morning I attended an advanced blogging mastermind class and got a great tip to expand my blogging by collaborating with other agents.

There are a ton of PM masterminds to network with and I've learned more just networking with other managers than I learned from all my years of experience, books, etc.
