@Samantha Levien I'm not sure a mentor is needed, but there are many, many seminars you can go to, websites to learn specifically about owning STR, youtube channels and even your local REIA.

@Juan Rajo you can use a purchase agreement with the seller - go to Jerry Norton on Youtube, the Wholesaler Contract pack. 2) yes, tell the investor that you are a wholesaler.3) yes, you will need a assignment contract and that will be included in Jerry Norton, Wholesalers Contract Pack. * Have an attorney review the contract to see if they are compliant with your State and local laws.
