Ive been watching the youtube videos for a while though.

@Samantha Levien I'm not sure a mentor is needed, but there are many, many seminars you can go to, websites to learn specifically about owning STR, youtube channels and even your local REIA.

@Lee Syndergaard I would suggest starting with watching @James Wise Youtube channel because it's as real and BS free as it comes.

We have done some of the work ourselves, YouTube has taught us a lot!

All the Youtubers I have listened to encourage their subscribers to learn to complete their own title searches.

I've recently started educating myself by watching RE videos on YouTube and learning some terms/lingo on Investopedia.
